What is a discount?
In Transactional Analysis (our basic set of principles since 1973 are grounded in Transactional Analysis {TA} since 1973 That's 50 years this year!!) discounting is defined as unawarely minimising, maximising, ignoring or distorting information relevant to the solution of a problem.
Lying. denying and defending, not factually based. are examples of discounting.
