Our Summer Solstice "Gathering" Was Purr-fection Under The Starry Sky Above

One version -- Note to Irene, our board development consultant who was uninvited at the last minute.

To Irene

Irene,

Thank you for not coming to our Solstice.

It turned out to be -' just right -- a "gathering" -- not an event.

Board Member Sue posts first
Pandemic Victims Memorial
Tree Remembrance Plaque

With my board members and my "little sister" Daphne, Walton, Sue and I -- Terry long distance in California sitting all in a circle in our fire pit cause our fire was tiny due to high wind and we were drawn together for warmth.

Purrr fect!!

Love Anastasia 😊😘💜

Flash Mob Truth Or Dare GAME Comes To Black Bear Mountain Village.

From Anastasia

I had already, back a day or two ago, stated that "Becoming Black Bear Mountain Village (BBMV) Ain't Easy" when happenstance, the other evening, brought the collective of our Property Management Team to an after day's work is done time of hangin' out.

Then one thing led to another.  After it was over I thought to myself we had just created what seemed to naturally be named a Flash Mob Truth Or Dare GAME

Whatever could that mean?

By way of explaining, let's first get our terms clear.

So here goes. Webstee's Dictionary defines a flash mob as follows

: a group of people summoned (as by email or text message) to a designated location at a specified time to perform an indicated action before dispersing.

Ok. So to explain us at BBMV as creating a "flash mob" does demand a bit of stretching the definition a bit. But you'll get the idea as I go on.

Here lies our claim.

Yes we were -- A group of people; Summoned by: text, phone and prior agreement; To a designated spot -- BBMV; Performing an indicated action -- i.e. property management and development; Before dispersing to go home.

Standing in the rain under our patio roof, meaning our top deck floor above us, having been working together now, just hangin' out.

Knowing ahead of that time, the rules of our community, our Truth or Dare GAME just popped out into being like any other flash mob activity!

Will all that truth telling make "becoming BBMV" easier?

Maybe yes. Maybe no.

At any rate life and work at BBMV just got more interesting! That's for sure!

Take it from there -- Flash Mob Truth or Dare GAME has come to BBMV.

You could potentially learn how to create your own Flash Mob Truth or Dare GAME -- no drugs, no alcohol. We'll show you how -- through our experiential learning programs.

Maybe even our politicians could learn! LOL.

More to come.

Becoming Black Bear Mountain Village Ain't Easy!

Join me, Anastasis, former NH/ZOP Executive Director and founder at our Summer Solstice Storytelling Event, Saturday, June 18, when our organization and myself begin to come together to create one year ahead of sharing our experiences of grief, growth and the celebration of surviving Covid, at least so far, through community-building via "breaking bread" together, storytelling.and the simple pleasures of casual hangin' out together.

Best done at a "forest bathing sanctuary" such as our very own Black Bear Mountain Village, a "newly" established work in progress.

Especially with Covid in the background, it ain't easy!!

Hear our stories. Share your own around the warmth of our Beloved Fire Circle that has often brought us together, over the past almost thirty!! years.

Vetted guests may participate by remote.

Look for details forthcoming.

Update from Anastasia

Update: April 29, 2022

I erred. I was wrong. Trying to share with you how incredibly profound is the process of our now, at NH ZOP transitioning away from our being a training and retreat center to becoming Black Bear Mountain Village (BBMV) cannot be readily conveyed to you via my quoting a text to Walton (see below).

That expressing is "merely" a helicopter view and not earth plane activities explained adequately so you can follow our lead to awe at such time as you might choose.

One key insight that has been being played out here at BBMV over the past year in our current and communally shared -- pandemic generated "new normal" is how vivid it has become the deadly price lies, denial and psychological discounting exact from the individual, those who are close to us, our communities and workplaces.

A firm commitment to put TRUTH, CONSCIOUSNESS, PERSONAL INTEGRITY AND ACCOUNTABITY as top priorities in one's life over the long haul is ESSENTIAL.  A life lived alternaty is, in its underbelly, a loser's life.

It's always up to the indi individual.

Your choice.

More on this in the days ahead.

We're really in it now!!

Deep into the book writing -- my writing team and me.

Wow! What a trip!

My text to Walton below will explain some -- still only tip of the iceberg.

To Walton, my new writing assistant, 20+ years friend --

Tonight I feel the Oneness of the Universe in my body. And in my heart!

Murat's map got me here.

Marty's brought me to (on Murat's Chart of Ascension) yearning for an unknown something better.

Almost oobe.

Almost like tripping without the psychedelics
