Truth matters! Do You Know Why?

"Truth Matters! Do You Know Why?"  --

Telling The Truth: An Essay by
Anastasia (a.k.a. Marcia E, Rosen)
circa 1985
Of course, we don't know if you know "why" or not, but we do know that the majority of people we have interviewed and worked with, all the way back to the 1980's, numbering in the 1000s, do NOT truly know how to be completely truthful as a daily practice.

Rather, if they are mindful of truth-telling at all, they tend to be rather careless about it, on a day-to-day basis, half-truths being more the rule of the day.

New Horizons/Small "Zones of Peace" Truth or Dare GAME is, thus, based on our steadfast commitment to truthfulness, our top of the line effort to reverse this habitual pattern, carelessness about full truth-telling, and teach others the art of compassionate truth-listening, a much-needed skill, if high-minded civil discourse is desired.

In this process, full truthfulness is welcomed, praised and honored, even when it's hard or hurts.

But, oh the relief that comes with it!

And, you know what?

The more we do it, in this powerful, life-transforming group process we have evolved over the past 45 plus years, the more we crave full truthfulness -- and -- wish we could share the experience with more and more people.

Make "IT" grow, the expansiveness of living in clear-mindedness and the sharing of genuine, authentic connectedness with like-minded others that rises up where truthfulness is respected.

Oh, so good! So challenging. So clean and refreshing when it's accomplished!

With this behind us, we are now working diligently to develop and refine a New Horizons/Small “Zones Of Peace” Discussion Series in blogs and broadcast to explore the importance and value of truthfulness, from various angles, with our blog readers and listeners on my two radio shows: Anastasia The Storyteller Radio and The Possible Society In Motion Radio

We hope especially, in light of the many upsets currently going on in our government, that you will want to join us as we now make our official beginning of this educational and conversational effort with this blog article-- and -- this Anastasia The Storyteller Radio Show broadcast, Gender Tyranny Meets Political Corruption: What Can We Learn?

Also, check out Why Truth Matters: A Discussion Forum.

Sponsored by The Hood College Democrat Club and the New Horizons Truth Or Dare Movement, an initiative of the New Horizons non-profit organization

Our endeavor offers some of its base principles in Anastasia’s original essay, “Telling The Truth,” (circa 1985), now being excerpted on Exploring Your Dark Side: The Adventure Of A Lifetime, an important piece though still in its early stages of being posted in completed form.
